Since I was a little girl, I’ve always been attracted to crystals – mostly because they’re SO PRETTY! It wasn’t until my teen years where I began learning there was more to a gemstone than meets the eye.
It’s believe that within each crystal, there is a story and a spiritual message. Crystals have been used for healing and protection has been around for thousands of years – dating back to Sumerians and ancient Egyptians.
Because there are so many stones with such varied uses, crystal healing can seem overly complicated and feel VERY overwhelming as a beginner. Here are the 5 easy ways to use your tumbled stones and crystals for intentional living!
- Carry in your pocket or purse
- Wear it
- Place it on your altar, nightstand or desk
- Sleep with it under your pillow
- Meditate while holding it or laying it on your body
These are the crystals I work with on a daily basis (which are included in my Spirit Stones bundle). I literally have them right by my front door (so I don’t leave the house without one), on my meditation altar (to hold), and at my bedside table (to sleep with under my pillow)!

Each crystal has it’s own unique blueprint. Using the healing power of crystals as a tool for empowerment, balance, and enlightenment is directly related to your ow personal belief. If you believe that crystals will help you on an energetic and vibrational level, they must certainly will!
